Abercastle is nestled in the midst of an outstanding area of natural beauty, full of rugged and inspiring coastline and coastal walks, making it an ideal location to get away from it all.

Abercastle Campsite is a CL (Certified Location) campsite, with extremely large individual pitches, with many of them surrounded by traditional Pembrokeshire banks, each one with its own picnic table and camp fire, water tap and electric hook up ( there is an additional charge for use of the hook up) where you can spend the evening just relaxing, exchanging stories, singing and playing instruments, melting marshmallows, cooking stick bread or some delicious local catch of mackerel, crab or lobster. We’ve even got WIFI!!

When visiting the beach, there’s plenty to do nearby. We’re already situated in the midst of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with the rugged Pembrokeshire coast ideal for surfing, sunbathing and a whole host of water sports. Abercastle is within easy striking distance of other attractions such as Folly Farm, Heatherton World of Activities and various National Trust properties and locations, such as the Solva Coast made up of gentle valleys and sweeping shores and St David’s Peninsula, a cultural hotspot and home to the Patron Saint of Wales St David.

Abercastle campsite is a mere five to ten minutes walk from one of Pembrokeshire’s hidden gems, the stunning beach/cove of Abercastle in the heart of the iconic beauty of the Pembrokeshire coastal national park.
Abercastle offers a picturesque cove, harbour and village, with a beach of sand and shingle, sheltered from the prevailing winds making it a great day out for kayakers and boats.
